sendme.linkPrivacy policy
Who we are
sendme.link is operated by Stand Alone (스탠드얼론), a business registered in the Republic of Korea. Business registration 723-08-03130.
What we collect
- Your Google name and email address (from Google Sign-In).
- Your Instagram-scoped user ID (IGSID) and username.
- Links and captions of posts and reels you share with @sendme.link via DM.
- AI-written text about each saved post: a summary, a category, an insight, action items, and notes on what the post shows and says (see AI processing below).
- A small cover image (240 pixels wide) of each saved post, used in your emails.
- Your language, timezone, and email preferences.
Why we collect it
To save Instagram posts and reels you share with us, show them in your library, and send you email summaries. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your library, email settings, and the link to your Instagram account within 30 days.
AI processing
To summarize a saved post, we fetch its video or photos and send them, with the caption, to Google's Gemini model via Vercel AI Gateway. The media is held in memory only for that request and then discarded. Gemini writes notes on what the post shows and says; Anthropic's Claude model (also via Vercel AI Gateway) turns the notes into the summary, category, insight and action items. We keep that text, never the video or photos.
For emails we keep one small cover image per saved post in private storage (Vercel Blob). It is deleted when you remove the save or ask us to delete your data.
Meta data deletion
If you remove our app from your Instagram settings, Meta sends us a deletion request. We delete all data linked to your Instagram account and confirm completion through Meta's callback.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Under the GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. Contact us at hello@sendmelink.app.
